What happens when I call about a breakdown?
Tell us the vehicle, what it’s doing (or not doing) and where you are. We’ll talk it through, give you an honest view on whether it can be sorted at the roadside, and agree the plan and cost before anything moves.
What if my car can’t be fixed at the roadside?
Then it’s loaded onto the tilt-and-slide flatbed and brought to your garage, home or a garage of your choice — one call out covers both the roadside attempt and the recovery.
I’ve broken down on the motorway — what should I do?
Pull in as far left as you can, put on your hazard lights, and get everyone out of the vehicle and behind the barrier, well away from traffic. Then call 087 338 7450 with your location — motorway junction numbers or a dropped pin both work.
Do you come out to homes and workplaces too?
Yes. Plenty of breakdowns happen on the driveway — flat batteries, cars that won’t start after sitting. We attend homes, workplaces and car parks as well as the roadside.
